Our unique Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Infusions use only high-quality fruit juices and whole spices.

The Infusions are slightly reduced to concentrate the flavours and are delicious for simply dipping your Focaccia Bread.

They make a wonderful base for salad dressings (use on their own or blended with some extra virgin olive oil to make a vinaigrette) & marinades.

Our White Balsamic Vinegar Condiments can also be used with fresh fruit to make a unique fruit salad, with one of our sweet Essence of the Island spice blends sprinkled on top! We also particularly enjoy the Apple & Rosemary (both traditional & white) with Sushi. It is a healthier option (no sodium as in Soy Sauce) and the vinegar enhances the flavour of the fish.

Balsamic Vinegar has been traditionally made in Modena, Italy since the Middle Ages. The word balsam means to bring back to health and in the 11th Century it was drunk to cure the plague!
